See The Cashiers of Heaven Mentioned By Jesus

Jesus Christ made a statement of fact that many till now misinterpret for lack of spiritual insight. Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal.” Every Christian need to understand the secret of success in what Jesus said. Many believers have money in their bank accounts which is sitting idle in bank vaults, instead of investing it in the sons of God. Rather than allow your fellow brother to suffer and go through pains and lack, your lifting hand is the resources God has placed in your domain. Some of you complain about having to accumulate for those who are lazy to reap, so your support are often in pennies rather than in pounds. It is not the plan of God for anyone of his children to suffer to the point of lack, but that evil predator call Satan whose ministry is to steal to kill and to destroy. Looking at the destructions that have ravaged many homes in recent times, precious metals such as gold and silver are washed away from their hidden places; millions of cash currencies are destroyed or stolen by armed robbers and fraudsters.

The fear of your past suffering and affliction often give rise to the measure you share out of your earthly treasure to those in need. Steve Job, of the Apple Computer fame, in the last agonizing days of his life on earth, said the most expensive bed is the sick bed. He stated that all his life was spent building and accumulating wealth and cared very little for those around him; his family, friends and the needy in society. After being struck with the demon called cancer, he was reduced to a rubble and all the billions of dollars he owned could not regenerate his body to the way it use to be. Now others who did not even lift a pin would enjoy the wealth and today Steve Job is history. If only he had not harden his heart in accepting Jesus Christ as his personal saviour, he would have still been alive today through the admonition of the living word of God.

Many Christian leaders have often preached this Jesus admonition to mean that believers should invest in the Church. This has misled many to sow wrongly and not reap accordingly. It is now time to correct where the Church leaders have missed the step and point all to the right and saving step of grace. The Church is not the Bank of Heaven, but a branch of the investment of God. "but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.  For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. (Matt. 6:19-21). Who then are qualified to custody the treasures of heaven on earth to guarantee you a place in that Kingdom? Surprisingly it is not the Church. The cashiers that God has kept on the earth to receive these treasures on behalf of heaven are revealed by Jesus Christ in Matt. 19: 21  “Jesus said to him, "If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me." Dearly beloved of God, the true and certified cashiers of heaven on earth are the widows, the fatherless, the orphans, the strangers and the needy around you. Payments outside of these heaven certified group, are the handy works of men. Ministers of the gospel are not suppose to be richer than their congregation, but to invest their all in the well being of those they are serving. If a servant is richer than his master, how can he be called a servant again. The conclusion of this is Jesus' statement in Matt. 19: 23-24, “..Then Jesus said to His disciples, "Assuredly, I say to you that it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.  "And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel  to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." All Ministers of God are servants and all believers are equally servants; the only Master of the Christian faith is Jesus Christ. Here is what he said about his ministers, “Neither be called masters, for you have one master, the Christ. Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.” Matt.23:10-12.

Grow in the faith and live according to his word in spirit and in truth.
